Terms & Conditions

1. This complimentary Voucher is issued by ‘Bajaj Electricals Limited’ (“Company”) to the participants of the cooking workshop conducted by the brand ‘Morphy Richards’ at Kala Ghoda Festival 2018, and is valid upto 31^st March 2018.
2. The Voucher Code is redeemable against the ‘Morphy Richards’ branded product (“Product”) purchased from https://www.morphyrichardsindia.com (“Webstore”) to avail flat 20% discount on purchase of one Product only, from the Webstore and applicable only on the value of the Product and not to the shipping/ delivery charges (if any).
3. The benefits of the Voucher Code cannot be availed along with any other offer/ coupon/ voucher/ special promotion/ discount code/ sale and the Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or kind.
4. The Voucher will not be re-issued if stolen, lost or destroyed in any manner.
5. The Company reserves right to amend the terms and conditions and/or extend the validity period and/or cancel/ discontinue the Voucher or any part thereof without giving any reasons or a prior notice.
6. The consumers shall waive any right to claim any benefit out of ambiguity in these terms and conditions, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability, loss, injury, damage, claim, cost and expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the Voucher.
7. The decision of the Company in any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Voucher shall be final and binding.
8. This Voucher and any matter arising out of the same are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai.
