Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of a limited period Movie Ticket Offer(“Offer”) for the customers of Bajaj Electricals Limited (“Company”) are as follows:

  1. This Offer is operational Pan India from 22nd December 2017 (IST 9:30 a.m.) to 2nd January, 2017 (IST 12:00 p.m.) (“Offer Period”), and valid on the purchase of any “Bajaj” branded product or “Morphy Richards” branded product of the price range specified at Sr. No. 2 (“Products”), from https://shop.bajajelectricals.com and https://www.morphyrichardsindia.com (“Web Store”) respectively.
  2. The consumers purchasing the Products from the Web Store will be eligible for complimentary gift voucher (“Voucher”) specified against each category of the Product as under:

    Rs. 999 to Rs. 2999

    Worth Rs. 500/- redeemable against two (2) Sliver Class Movie Tickets, valid from 1st January, 2018 to 31st January, 2018.

    Rs. 3000 to Rs. 7999

    Worth Rs. 3,000/- redeemable for Rs. 500/- each month against two (2) Sliver Class Movie Tickets, valid from 1st January, 2018 to 30th June, 2018.

    Rs. 8000 and above

    Worth Rs. 6,000/- redeemable for Rs. 500/- each month against two (2) Sliver Class Movie Tickets, valid from 1st January, 2018 to 31st December, 2018.

  3. The Voucher will be sent to the Purchaser on email after successful delivery of the Product.
  4. Process and terms of Redemption of the Voucher:

    a.The Voucher should be activated before 25th of each month for redemption in that particular month. Presentation of the Voucher directly at the theatre box office will not be valid.

    b.To redeem the Voucher, the Voucher holder should logon to the website www.theofferclub.com owned by ‘4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Private Limited’ (the “Agency”) and enter the Voucher code with details requested therein.

    c.Once activated, the customer can use the same code for monthly movie redemptions.

    d.In the event of failure on the part of the consumer to activate and/or redeem the voucher for any particular month, the Voucher will expire for that month.

    e.The movie tickets can be booked only for the shows priced not more than Rs. 250/- (Including convenience & handling charges) and scheduled from Monday to Thursday OR starting before 12 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at least two (2) days in advance and the tickets will be shared on Email and/or SMS.

    f.The Voucher is not valid for redemption against the movie tickets for new release in its first week, public holiday and special shows/ screening.

    g.Movie tickets booked by redeeming the Voucher cannot be changed or cancelled and no refund in respect thereof will be granted.

    h.The movie tickets availed by redeeming the Voucher will be subject to availability without seat preference.

    i.The Voucher will be redeemable against two (2) movie tickets only and no food or beverage or conveyance charges will be provided.

    j.At the time of collecting the physical tickets from the box office at the theatre, the Voucher holder will have to present the confirmation SMS/ Email containing the code received on activation of the Voucher.

    k.The Company and the Agency will not be responsible for any show cancelled by theatre authorities for whatsoever reason and no refunds or alternative booking will be granted in respect thereof.

    l.The Company and the Agency will not be responsible for the quality of seats and services at the theatre.

    m.The Voucher holder on its redemption against movie tickets shall voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to attending/ watching the movie at the theatre, whether occurring before, during or after the movie show, and hereby waives any claims for loss, damage, personal injury or death against the Company, the management of the Company, the Agency, any agent of the Company, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees.

  5. The Voucher offered shall not be exchanged for cash or credit note.
  6. The Company reserves the right to substitute the Voucher under this Offer with an alternate gift(s) of equivalent value at its own discretion.
  7. Availing the benefit under this Offer is purely voluntary and optional for the consumer. However, by participating to avail benefit of this Offer, the consumer will deemed to have accepted the Terms.
  8. The benefits under this Offer cannot be availed along with any other offer/ scheme by the Company in respect of the Products.
  9. The Benefit under this Offer is non-transferrable, non-refundable and no physical cash payment will be made in lieu thereof. The Company/ Agency reserves the right to call upon the consumer to submit any document for verification of identity at its sole discretion.
  10. The consumer participating in this Offer for availing the Benefit, would deemed to have been waived the ‘Do not Disturb’ status (“DND”).
  11. The Company and/or Agency does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind suffered by the consumers by availing the Offer.
  12. The Company/ Agency will not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, Governmental actions and/or other force majeure circumstances, and will not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
  13. The Company/ Agency will not be responsible for downtime on the website/ mobile App and related services, caused due to technicalities (like failure of hardware equipment, configuration issue, network congestion), or due to decisions/ changes in regulations that are carried out by any statutory/ regulatory authority.
  14. Any attempt by the consumers and/or other individuals to deliberately sabotage/ damage the website/ App or using any mechanical system/software to send random multiple entries of the Code or undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer including but not limited to false/ incorrect/ misleading/ fraudulent information/ documentation/ claims, shall deemed as violation of the applicable civil and criminal laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Company/ Agency reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, as may be permitted by law. Also the entries/ claims of such consumers or other individuals would be cancelled without any communication to that effect.
  15. The consumers shall comply with the Terms and waive any right to claim any benefit out of ambiguity in the Terms and release, indemnify and hold harmless the Company/ Agency and its respective affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability, loss, injury, damage, claim, cost and expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the Offer.
  16. The Company reserves its right to amend the Terms of the Offer and/or extend the validity period and/or cancel/ discontinue the Offer or any part thereof without giving any reasons or a prior notice therefor. It will be responsibility of the consumers to keep themselves apprised of the same.
  17. In the event the Offer is termed as void due to introduction of new legislation or prohibition imposed by an amendment to the existing legislation or by judicial orders, the Company shall not be liable to award any gifts or any compensation in lieu thereof to the Purchaser.
  18. The Offer is governed by these Terms, the Agency’s terms http://4mm.co.in/products/tandc.php and privacy policy at http://4mm.co.in/products/policy.php.
  19. The decision of the Company in any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be final and binding.
  20. The Offer and the Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai.
